An event consists of many things that must happen at the same time: people to welcome, venues to reach, rooms to set up, services to coordinate, and schedules to follow. Maistral exists to bring all of this together.
We coordinate people, vendors, and various activities through a single point of contact, building each project around the needs of the event and those who experience it.
The name comes from the Maestrale, the wind Venetian sailors used to navigate and find their course.
This is the idea that guides us: to be a reliable point of reference, capable of guiding, coordinating, and steering every project in the right direction. A single team for everything you need, so that event organizers can focus on the event itself, not on all the work behind the scenes.

EVENT LOGISTICS: We organize and coordinate all logistical aspects of the event: site inspection, authorizations, transportation, guest logistics, scheduling, venues, and vendors. A single point of coordination ensures that people, vehicles, and activities are always where they need to be.
ACCOMODATION AND CATERING: We organize lodging and catering based on the event schedule and the guests’ needs. Hotels, rooms, check-ins, and check-outs: everything is coordinated with the rest of the organization.
TICKETS AND GUEST MANAGEMENT: We manage tickets, credentials, and access, hostess services, coordinating the necessary information to assist guests throughout the event. This service is designed to simplify crowd management, especially when there are large numbers of people.
AUDIO, VIDEO AND LIGHTING: We partner with the technical services necessary for the event’s success: audio, video, lighting, and related equipment, ensuring that the technical aspects align with the program and the event venues.
